We all know the value of links. An effective link acquisition and
development strategy is absolutely crucial if you're going to achieve any kind
of SEO success. Obviously you need links to help you rank well organically. In
addition, did you know that link popularity is even used by the engines to
determine your quality scores for paid traffic? Links are more important than
ever, and obtaining them has become harder than ever.
For one thing, many of the paid link services which were once flourishing are
now floundering because the engines have acted to crush them. We are not

using all the social bookmarking tools...the list goes on and on. And yeah...you
should definitely consider building many sites. Once you own your own network
of domains you can leverage them to point your valuable links to your own
properties (and you can sell your links...to legitimate advertisers of course).

Why Park Your Domains When You Can Build Many Sites? Typical parking scripts
can take over your entire domain portfolio to quickly capitalize on any type-in
traffic you might be lucky enough to have. But that's all they do, and the
sites they build have little lasting value. Parked sites are generally not even
allowed into the search engines, and when they do get in they have very little
hope to attain any rankings. In addition, directory sites (which are a great way
for you to get link popularity) do not accept parked sites. Though domain
speculation is extremely lucrative, we feel that your sites should make money
and grow organically while you wait for the high priced offers to roll in!
3. LIFE
Launch Sites for Everything! Many of us are spending more and more of our
time online. We work online, we shop online, and we socialize online. More and
more of us are seeking to represent ourselves with custom sites intended to
address specific audiences. Why not launch separate domains to reflect the many
sides of our work and lives? Launch industry information sites, personal sites, hobby
sites, reunion sites...the list is endless!
